Do you think this will be the next new trend in roofing?
There's one small area from the street where you can see the top of our house and our new roof.
Our nice new roof that doesn't match the rest of our house.
The matching synthetic slate roof on the mansards isn't slated (no pun intended) in the budget until next spring. Oh well.
Btw, I'm giving the readers of a' la mode a tour of our home today, including a never before seen picture of our kitchen in its current state. Yikes!

Two toned roofs are cool these days ;) No one will notice except you, right? Going to check out your house tour at a'lamode.
Me again - what did you use to polish the brass on your front doors? I've tried Brasso, Maas, and someone else recommended trying ketchup - I'd love to hear any other suggestions you might have.

Two-toned roof looks great to me! If we ever get a house instead of our apartment, I'll definitely consider it (maybe start a trend over here,too).

Oh, you were just planning about it before and now it's done! That was pretty fast! Well, two-toned roofing can possibly be a new trend. People will keep on creating ideas that could enhance and amplify their quality of living. Houses are part of everyone's lives, and more innovations are widely accepted.
